Metal Reel Cups
The Reel sector of the business has expanded greatly over the last 5 years.
The Metal Reel Cups we produce are used in the electrical trade and zip industry as well as the micro-processing and glue industries. One of our biggest customers in this section of the business is Scapa Tapes, Makers of Sellotape.

The sizes of Reel Cups our company produces are: 50mm, 70mm and 76mm.
The 70mm cups come in various depths with a choice of being louvered or un-louvered. This gives the customer the greater ability of adapting the size of the reels to their own requirements and specifications.

Badge Components
This side of the business has been well established for 20 years. We now produce components for most of the UK leading badge manufacturers as well as the smaller groups that are connected with schools, play groups and student projects. The main sizes are 25mm, 38mm, 55mm but we also do a range of oblong and square shaped components. All of the above come with either a metal ring or a plastic sold back. |

Composite Tube Ends
Our tinplate ends are seamed onto cardboard tubes to make containers. These can be any size as we do a range of ends from 40mm to 160mm in diameter.
These tubes are often filled with biscuits, carpet freshener or any items that are needed to be packaged in a sturdy reliable container. The most recent addition to our component list is the tops and bases for the Vim Containers which we have been successfully running now for 6 Months. |
